How can I download a backup of my site?

  You can easily download full or partial backups of your home directory, databases, or email by choosing the backup wizard option within your control panel.

  If you wish to create a full backup of your entire site, please login to your control panel, choose the backup wizard option, and then follow the prompts to create a full backup. This may take a few minutes to generate a tar.gz file that will have all your site, email, database and settings.

  Once the backup is created, you can download it from your account home directory using ftp.
